The Wilds is a private, non-profit safari park and conservation center located in Cumberland, Ohio. It includes 9, 154 acres of reclaimed coal mine land with 2,000 acres of pastures. It is the largest wildlife conservation center in North America.
Monnie and I visited The Wilds on Thursday, May 19, 2016 with daughter-in-law Lilla Ryan and her brother, Iain Frerichs. The weather was perfect...upper 60s and sunny...and the open-air Safari bus tour was perfect for taking lots of photos. This gallery includes many of those photos.
